We produce certain items in our US facilities and source others from international suppliers to provide a varied selection. We work only with vendors who meet our stringent quality control standards.

Delivery Time & Shipping Fee
Delivery times vary based on your location. While shipping estimates are provided, they are not guaranteed. We collaborate closely with our logistics partners to provide accurate delivery information. Please note that once your items are in transit, any delays are beyond our control. Orders within the continental United States typically arrive within 4–9 business days, while international orders can take up to 21 days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, so you can monitor its progress.

- We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands or Internationally.
- We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
ORDER TRACKING
After your order is shipped, you’ll receive email notifications and can track it in real time by logging into our website. If your order is sent in multiple packages, you’ll receive separate emails and tracking numbers for each one.
Please allow 3-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If tracking information isn’t available right away, it means the carrier has not yet processed your parcel. Tracking details will be updated once the package is scanned.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please make sure to enter the correct address at checkout because:
- If your order contains incorrect or missing information, it may be delayed as we may need to reach out to you for updates.
- We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address or returned to the sender. Returned orders will be sent to our shipping partners’ warehouses and may be disposed of. Please verify your shipping address before contacting customer support.
